Favorite Great American Seafood Recipe

Hey have you heard about the contest about the Favorite Great American Seafood Recipe where every state in America can participate. Actually I just voted for my favorite dish where they have it at the main page of their website called www.greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com where you can keep track of the cook off contest. I voted "Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with Peas and Carrots" by Chef Tafari Campbell of Maryland.



I love peas, carrots and of course the Rockfish in it. Based on the picture it looks really good that I want to go to New Orleans so I can taste it myself and I am talking about the prize since I voted for the dish I have the chance to win a "Trip to New Orleans" prize package including two Southwest Airline round trip tickets, hotel accommodations, dining experiences and more! I can't only taste my favorite "Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with Peas and Carrots" I can also experience to be in New Orleans. I have been to New Orleans once just after Hurricane Katrina where it was devastated really bad. It's quite sometime since it happen and I would love to go back and see how it would be felt like. I know they are back to normal since they are having the contest and New Orleans knows how to make a party. I remember that it was fun to go over there even though they was hit by hurricane. They have this fun spirit in them. I just hope I will win the contest so I can go back.
