Yup, it's been awhile, I can't even remember when was the last time i went to the gym. I don't have to lose weight or anything but I just love to get fit. Sometimes I felt very weak when I forgot to go to the gym. I only go there twice or maybe when I'm kinda lazy I go there once just because I am crazy about the Step Class they have. I just love the class because it's so intense and I re energize my whole system. I don't have specific New year's resolution (always don't have resolution ) but if i do it's gonna be go to the gym and start using what what I'm paying every month!
