I feel horrible

This week is just too miserable, Ray catch a cold and I got it too after him. I don't get sick that quick but if I do I will suffer until it's over. I have this irritating runny nose and my cough is starting. I hate getting sick because I avoided medicine as much as possible, I am not against them because medicine still helps us everyday but if I don't need it that desperately then I don't want to be dependent on medicine. Hopefully I will get better soon.
