I was so unmotivated to go to the gym and get back to my regular gym routine for the past 2 months. I am just so lazy to at least spare a half an hour, it started when I found out that I lost my gym bag which includes 1 pair of sneakers, fitness clothes and most especially my IPOD Gen 3. I just bought it 6 months ago and listening to the music while working out is just makes a difference. I even spent $30 just to get the best arm band for it. I just love it because it was so light and so user friendly. Now I have to deal with my IPHONE which I got my music because of course it's an IPOD too but don't think I am going to continue using it. It is not as light for one thing and it is a little bigger which I hate the most. I love my IPHONE but not when I am working out. I guess I have to save some money to buy a IPOD NANO again but I am thinking of ITOUCH but it will be the same as IPHONE when it comes to the size though but I can play games right, especially with the latest model right now.
We'll once I am able to save some money I can decide which one will work best for me. For now I am just glad I am back to my gym routine.

Healthy Tips!
It's Tuesday and it means it my GYM day. Our niece is staying with us for few days so I brought her to the gym today. I can bring a guess so I am taking advantage for it. We had our exercise at the machines at Shapes Total Fitness and then we went to two classes. First was the zumba which was fun but she didn't stay that long, she's only 15 and she is so conscious about everything so she went back to the treadmill. Then she came back for the next class which is my favorite "The Step class". The class is a little advance for her so she just stop and instead of leaving she just stayed in the room and watch us doing the class. Anyway, it was fun and she likes the gym. She is talking about her going to the nearest gym where she lives when she gets her license and it's going to be soon. To all readers out there, to pump up your energy, HIT THE GYM! It's fun and healthy too.

A Sacrifice!
Yea, I definitely considered my gym appearance today as a sacrifice. I normally don't work out on the weekends especially I have my monthly visitor and I only work out twice a week if I am motivated and if not I only work out on Tuesdays for my favorite class, but summer is a little different, we have to shed some fats for out bikini so I have to add a lil effort for that. Today actually is for just a show off, I want to support the class because they are having some evaluation and we want to show that we love the class (I love it or I won't be going there for 3 years now) and we don't want the evaluators to take it off schedules. I think we did a pretty good job on showing off a lot of energy since the "Step" Class is all about energy. Hopefully they won't take the class off because it's surely my energy booster for the last 3 years.

Oh man
Oh geez, I just got back from the gym and I am sore all over my body. I always have it every time I skipped my routine for a month or two. I will be suffering for it for the whole week, it's the prize for being so lazy :(
I'm back to my gym routine
Yup, it's been awhile, I can't even remember when was the last time i went to the gym. I don't have to lose weight or anything but I just love to get fit. Sometimes I felt very weak when I forgot to go to the gym. I only go there twice or maybe when I'm kinda lazy I go there once just because I am crazy about the Step Class they have. I just love the class because it's so intense and I re energize my whole system. I don't have specific New year's resolution (always don't have resolution ) but if i do it's gonna be go to the gym and start using what what I'm paying every month!
