I've been here 3 years yet I am still legible of going back to my country if I fail to process my papers to legalize my stay in this country. I have been a permanent resident in here yet it expired 2 months ago. I already have my biometrics for the next step and been processing my papers. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't got anything yet so I checked my status and it says they already sent me a letter which to my knowledge I never get it. I been trying to call customer service but I can never get to the point where I am able to talk to a real person so I can verify everything but I fail to that too. Maybe best thing to do is go to the office and talk to them personally. I am just worried because My permanent card is expired and even I have my florida ID they still can kick me out....Hope everything will have answer next week.

you might want to try infopass appointment. Try visiting the uscis website and you can get it there. You can talk to any immigration officer when you get to their office quickly. Good luck sis...will do mine in May.
