Cracking Up

I have been noticing that I get sick often. I usually don't get sick that often maybe at the most get a fever once a year, that would the most. Now it's like every little move I easily get sick and I will suffer from colds and stuff and I hate when I get it because I will never stop sneezing and I talking about an all day sneezing (Isn't it horrible? Yea it is!). I have been evaluating myself of what I have been putting into my body because your body always let you now when there's something wrong and when you are not dong something. One of the main reason is food. The we eat, that supposedly give us energy yet some food make us sick. Wanna hear a funny story? At a seafood restaurant a customer order an oyster soup, customer: Waiter, I can’t seem to find any oysters in this oyster soup.
waiter: Would you expect to find angels in angel cake? I found this one website Gulf oysters that gives important information about oysters. Everyone of us know that millions of people LOVE to eat oysters, and whether you eat them in moderation or by the dozen, these delightful mollusks provide a low calorie protein that are an excellent source of zinc, vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acids, Gulf oysters gives a threat (not a serious threat yet we have to be aware even the tiniest detail that gives our body a risk of getting sick that might lead us into something else) to healthy individuals, consumption of raw or undercooked oysters by at-risk individuals may cause serious illness or even death from Vibrio vulnificus bacteria. If you have liver disease, diabetes or a weak immune system, you should avoid raw oysters. Now that you heard about Gulf oysters eat cautiously and know what you put into that body to avoid sickness.
