Service Intelligence

Running a business ain't that easy. There are a lot of factors to consider. There is your emplyees, your business and of course your clients that basically the main reason why your company is still up and running. All these factors can be really hard to deal sometimes especially your clients. They always think and act that they are right all the time. I stumble upon this one company called Service Intelligence where they provides a comprehensive suite of products and services to help its clients create and maintain a culture of ethical and compliant behavior. They offer products that reinforce an organization’s values and promote expected behaviors; telephony and web services for reporting of allegations or incidents; software-based services to manage and investigate cases of misconduct or noncompliance; software-based services for analysis, trending, and reporting to executive management; and services to evaluate and validate compliance with legislation, regulation and organizational practices and procedures. Their main objective is to cultivate the connection between customer intelligence and business opportunities. We gather and analyze customer and competitor data for consumer-focused industries then correlate the data to operational objectives providing our clients with tangible business recommendations and employee awareness and training solutions to ultimately reduce deficiencies and capitalize on opportunities. They always have customer satisfaction survey to help them making sure their service is always best to always have satisfied clients.
