I have heard about this new LASIK technology where it reshapes your cornea to correct the refractive imperfections in your eye such as near-sighted, far-sighted and other. This new procedure involves with you getting an extensive exam by an iLASIK surgeon then they make an individual blueprint of your eyes using computers/software and this blueprint is used to drive your laser correction and gives you a truly customized result. Then that laser is used to make a thin flap in your cornea, they give you a numbing drops to ease the pain and then the flap enables the surgeon to make the lasik correction. I never really pay attention to it until a friend of mine told me that he just had a lasik surgery and he is very happy with it. He has the best vision he had ever since. He's been wearing glasses ever since and now he don't need them anymore.
