So hot in here

Our weather is so weird in Florida especially in the summer. Sometimes it rains everyday and sometimes you will be toast because it will be so hot. Last week was a wet week, as far as I remember it rains everyday last week and this week is a dry week. Man, every time I take my dogs outside, I have to sweat a bucket. Don't get me wrong because I love Florida, we just have to deal the summer month but spring, fall and winter always have a pretty good weather. It's not cold nor hot and hey summer is almost over we will be done from our weather nightmare.

Scorching Hot

Man, I can't believe how hot our temperature for today! I went with Ray to the auction today and oh boy, I was having trouble just breathing. Even at 10 am I can't stand with the heat of the sun anymore. I was wearing skirts and I was amazed when I saw my legs sweating like crazy, imagine my face how sweaty it was, I haven't sweat in legs for a long time and I just can't comprehend that it was actually sweating! Best remedy for the hot weather? go to the pool gym and do some exercise! I am super energetic today and I just want to be up and running all day. Water exercise helps a lot and made me feel really good too.
