Sports is always been a big part of every country. No matter what kind of sport it is, it always bring people a lot closer and sometimes a part because of the teams yet after the game we are all belong to one country and one game. Here in America one if not the biggest sport is football. At first I was like why this sport is so physical yet I gradually like it and even root for our own team here in Tampa. I have learn watching football because every Thanksgiving dinner a football game will always play in the background. My husband and I even went to a game and even brought our dad. I just love to be a part of a big sensation here in America which is sports where you see die-hard fans are always there to cheer up their favorite teams and even fight for them if they have to. To all fans out there I have a great website that I found called SportsVids where you can upload video that you took when you were in the game and share it to other fans too. Life Within

I have been questioning myself if I am ready to face life to the next level. All these times, it's always been me, me and me. Yea I have my own family and I got dogs, cats and a bird to complete a family. Having a husband is not as easy, we have been adjusting and everyday is a lesson learned. We've been married for almost 4 years now and we still learn new everyday. Life is a constant change. Life always has its ups and down, emotion always plays its role but at the end of the day and everything has come down, we still appreciate life and God has been very good and been giving us blessing all through these years. Now I am back to questioning myself if I am ready to take the next level, my answer is still uncertain, I still have a lot of doubts that has to come out but I am not afraid to take chances. In that next level I will try to be the best that I can be. to be continued....

What's really going on?

It is been getting uglier with our situation here in United States. Our economy is plunging plus the wall street scandal. One of the biggest issue right now is 700 billion bailout, then there's the war issues. With all these drama in wall street, I don't know where to stand to tell you the truth. As our president is trying to rescue our economy as what he told us in his speech earlier. All I know is all official should be holding hands and forget the parties they are in and just focus on getting solutions of the problems we are facing right now. I just hope they will have solutions sooner than later.

Go Tampa Bay Rays Go

This year the Tampa Bay Rays is doing pretty good that I was able to learn how to understand the baseball game. I have watched baseball before yet I really don't know what's going on. I just watch it because my friend is playing. Now that our baseball team here in Tampa, the Tampa Bay Rays is playing well and they are going to the playoffs. My husband and I went to their games. The first one we went was against the Boston red Sox which the Rays lost but they beat the Red Sox twice after. Then we went to the game against the Minnesota Twins where they lost again but we got a really good seat right on the field, first row where I was able to get the signature of one of the Rays pitcher Matt Garza. Even they lost I am still happy.

Total Transformation!

Busy schedule from work, family and friends can sometimes take away our main focus which is ourselves. We sometimes forgot that ourselves needs a lot of caring and because of our busy schedule we just let go of it where it resulted to a massive gaining of weight. When weight is gained, it is really hard to lose especially when we don't know how to start the process. Plus the fact that it is hard to contradict ourselves when we crave for those sweets and unhealthy foods. Now that summer is over and holidays are going to be knocking on our doors and next time we know we are gaining weight left and right. Losing weight is not as easy gaining them but for all the hopefuls out there here something new for you that I saw. The Sproutwells on a soccer Mom

I have been following these election speeches even though I am not eligible to vote for the upcoming election yet I just want to know what kind of candidate that are running for the next President of America. The The Sproutwells are reminding of the situation when one of the nominee asked about the difference between the hockey mom and the pit bull is lipstick and few days later the buzz about the pig with lipstick. Now as freshfunds came out with this great episode about the soccer mom, I definitely enjoyed watching while she was in her pink soccer uniform and was just hit by one ball after the other and here comes their neighbor Rosie which of course always present and always ready says some ridiculous comments. I just love when the daughter say "Stalker" which I think is true! I never saw a neighbor that is very nosy as Rosie. I am excited to see if she will be there for the Sproutwells in times of need. We'll see.

Getting fit

I never had any problem with my weight but I always like to work out in the gym. It is not really just losing weight, for me it is more of getting fit and being healthy. I'd rather work out my whole life and avoid the health problem later than wait until I gain weight which might lead into some serious health problems. Being thin and in shape is a big factor for me personally, it helps my self-esteem and of course I want to look good not just for myself but for my husband too. Even though we've been married for almost 4 years now, I don't want him to think that I don't care anymore and I want him to be proud and not to be ashamed of me(I know that's not the case). Above all is I am healthy and I don't have any problems if I will have in the future, I'm sure my body will able to fight against it.

Stay Warm

Today is a little busy and we have stuff to get done before we leave tomorrow. Yea, we have a little weekend getaway with our dear friend and we are going down south. Since there were hurricanes I really didn't packed yesterday because I thought we will going to cancel it but everything is a go. So tonight I have to pack and of course I need to bring something with me to keep me warm all the time. I am talking about the blankets and Cabin Cuddler which is a lightweight travel blanket with a foot pocket and shoulder wrap that keeps you warm in cold airplane cabins, on car trips, or even curled up at home. It will be perfect tomorrow because I hate being cold. I am skinny and I get get so easily. I remember when we were in the plane and it was freezing cold and I didn't bring anything with me, and I even ask the flight attendant if they have a blanket and she said they were out and I was looking at the passenger across she got blankets because one is not enough to keep her warm and even though she got two already she still looks miserable. To keep me warm for the meantime I have to hold my husband's arm tightly and I just tried to sleep to forget it yet I was just shaking. From that experience I always keep in mind whenever we go somewhere to bring my travel blanket to keep me warm all the time.

I got to stop myself!

I was out today to go to the post office to mail one package to United Kingdom and I stop at the store to get my shampoo since we will tomorrow and I don't have anything left. We always bring our own bathroom needs when we go somewhere. While I was just looking at my shampoo I saw this cute shorts and of course I got to get it. So went ahead and bought it. When I get out I was driving towards the other store just to see what's new. Then I saw these cute shoes and again I have nothing to stop me. So I went ahead and bought two pairs. I just hate myself when I see shoes because they are one of my weaknesses. I love them! Even online I hate browsing sometimes because I end up looking at the shoes and the shipping is ridiculous. Do anyone knows how to control it? Give me some tips.

3 Tropical Storms: Hanna, Ike, Josephine !!!!

Tropical Storm Hanna

In the Atlantic over the southern Bahamas, Hanna has finally succumbed to northwesterly shear that has provoked it for more than 24 hours now. Because of the persistent shear, it has temporarily weakened to a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds near 65 mph. It was centered over the southeastern Bahamas about 435 miles southeast of Nassau.

Tropical Storm Ike

Elsewhere in the Atlantic Basin, Tropical Storm Ike, the ninth tropical storm of the season, is strengthening as it heads west. It is located halfway between the Lesser Antilles and Africa. Top winds are now near 65 mph, a healthy tropical storm.

Tropical Storm Ike will initially head west or west-northwest over the course of this week. It is forecast to become a hurricane by tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Tropical Storm Josephine

A tropical wave that emerged from the African Coast yesterday formed into Tropical Depression 10 earlier today and has already been upgraded to Tropical Storm Josephine.

It is located about 125 miles southwest of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands. Top winds are near 50 miles per hour.

It is expected to remain well south of the Cape Verde Islands today, moving away from them tonight on a west-northwest track into the open waters of the eastern Atlantic.
