A Sacrifice!

Yea, I definitely considered my gym appearance today as a sacrifice. I normally don't work out on the weekends especially I have my monthly visitor and I only work out twice a week if I am motivated and if not I only work out on Tuesdays for my favorite class, but summer is a little different, we have to shed some fats for out bikini so I have to add a lil effort for that. Today actually is for just a show off, I want to support the class because they are having some evaluation and we want to show that we love the class (I love it or I won't be going there for 3 years now) and we don't want the evaluators to take it off schedules. I think we did a pretty good job on showing off a lot of energy since the "Step" Class is all about energy. Hopefully they won't take the class off because it's surely my energy booster for the last 3 years.

No fun for this weekend!

Seems pretty quiet this weekend since I'm having my monthly visitor. We don't go clubbing when I have my visitor. The most we can do is get drunk at home (still fun right?). Luckily we already went to the jacuzzi earlier this week because he's been dragging my feet to go in there but I am not a fan of jacuzzi even though it's just in the house and if i want to we have a bigger one at the gym I always go to. So this weekend is our home weekend!

I was browsing on my pictures and came across with my pictures at the Fantasy festival. They have it every year and we are trying to go there every year as a tradition so I was looking and browsing Halloween costumes online. I saw this website called Costume cauldron where i heard they have all kinds of stuff. Including toddler Halloween costumes, couples costumes you name it and I am sure they will have it. I am not sure how sincere they are with their goal which is to give the general public the opportunity to buy everything they need to make their life more magical through costumes, theatrical props and decorations, I am not sure about this one! I was looking for a costume yet they don't have my size!!! I know when you will also infuse humor and fun back into your family's life. How can they make happiness a factor if they don't even offer my size? We want us and our kids to have fun especially Halloween, most kids love Halloween because they are able to go trick or treating which is always fun especially when they are able to dress up to what they want to pretend to be. So mom and dad I'm sure you don't want to disappoint your little one this time and of you don't want to see tears in those eyes because you didn't buy her or his favorite costume! But take note because when I was browsing their website I just hated the make up section!! It just grosses me out especially when I saw those blood coming off the face and just anywhere, and the one eye thing ew it's so ugly! and it might grosses out your kids too. Lucky Strike

We went to a grocery store last night(actually me and the dogs just waited in the car because Ray just to pick up some stuff) then when he came back he got this 2 scratch off in his hands. He already said before that he is not buying anymore scratch off right after when I had like 6 winning numbers on mine on the first set he bought and he didn't get anything and then he brought it back back to the store and when he came back he got another set for both of us and luckily I had like 4 winning numbers again and he didn't have anything! Last night he bought 2 again 1 for me and 1 for him. I had 5 winning numbers again and he didn't win anything :) so he brought it back to the store and when he came back the set we had I got 1 winning numberand he didn't win again. So he brought my winning card again and he brought back 3 cards and he said whoever wins first will get the 3rd one. I didn't win this time and he didn't so we toss a coin and he won. Finally on the 3rd card he won 1 winning number :) not bad at all! It's definitely fun as long as you keep winning ;)

Ray's godmother was here, actually they come here for the reunion in Miami and they drove to Tampa just to see my mom and Ray. Ray and I visited her at her house in Las Vegas when we were there and she promised to visit us too.

Friday, the 13th

Today is crazy. Ray and I is like we are running out of time all day. Our whole day was pretty much planned. Getting both our DMV license (we did it!). Having his PSA (blood test for preventive purposes) done (we've done it even though we went to work late because it took longer than we expected). Then he went to auctions and he was bugging me because he got lost! We have a pick up and nobody knows how to drive the fork lift except me but luckily the trucker broke the rule(he's not supposed to load any of the stuff). Somebody bought 5 laptops and we can't find the power supplies for them (bummer!!!!). Now I am left alone here at the store because all of then leave at four and I have 2 hours of open time to take care of customers! What a day!!!!!!! Whatahellofaday! Is this how Friday the 13th supposed to be?????

It wasn't a Good Game!

Wasting my Time

I got a note the other day from the post office saying that I missed a certified mail. Ray said most certified are coming from the government unless I am waiting for something else. In my case I am not expecting anything, I was thinking it might be some immigration letter and if I don't pick it up, it will be returned to sender. I made an effort earlier to pick it up, The lady who help me, took a long time of finding the letter and we are running late to work. Finally after 10 minutes she found i and for my irritation, the certified letter was coming from a bank that I don't even have an account but they have my name because Ray put me as an authorize person to open the safe that we had. The letter was basically stating that I owed them some dollars! Hello, I don't even an account with them!! and Please don't waste my time because I have so much to do other than wasting my time waiting for your stupid certified letter! (Sorry folks I was carried away a lil bit. I am just pissed off.)

I have been following the NBA Basketball since the playoffs. I have seen my favorite team, Phoenix Suns and Detroit Pistons got booted off from the series. They played the first 2 games in Boston since the Celtics have the better record than the Lakers. Lakers lost both games and last night they played Game 3 in LA and the Lakers are finally back in the game. Now it's 2-1 Celtics. Game 4 will be on tomorrow! Go Lakers Go!

Training for a New Employee

It's been almost 2 months now we are in the mode of trial and error for the right employee. It's actually just for the eBay listing for our Collector's Stamp Covers. It supposed to be my job but when you are talking about putting on six thousand covers, I am like uh uh, it's too much. I have been working hard enough and I have lost track of my other important stuff to do. I have trained three already, First was a disaster, she made a lot of mistake and I talked Ray to fire her because I just don't like her talking in the phone while she was on training. The second guy was kinda okay yet he made mistakes but he has to leave for another job anyway so we don't have to fire him. The third one was great but he can only work part time and it has to be at home and we can always work around it but the only problem with him is the communication. He didn't leave his phone number and he doesn't check his emails and communication is a big PART in anything we do! Now I am training another guy. He actually been working for us for few weeks now but he never do the inputing of stamp covers that's why I have to train him. I guess at the end of the day we'll find out if he's going to work out for that job or he'll be back to his original assignment.
